A DropShip on top of a grocery store of all things would be insane. You build the fencing and walls around the parking lot so that they can endure the launch and landing blasts from the rockets, and make said parking lots big enough that you can park... I think three Overlords at once should suffice. SLDF is combined arms, which means armor units that won't have jumpers to get down from the roof. You need to plan these things with consideration for the forces being deployed, after all.
Trying to stick a DropShip on the roof of a grocery store is the sort of impulsive city planning that leads to the hot mess that the Caliph is running.
